With years of experience in sustainable farming, she leads Fovic Empire’s strategy, growth, and impact initiatives. Her leadership has helped create jobs for women and the deaf community across Northern Nigeria.
Temitope brings strong financial acumen and a keen eye for detail. She manages Fovic Empire’s accounts, budgeting, and financial reporting, ensuring transparency and accountability in all transactions.
Farm Supervisor & Sign Language Interpreter
Nanribet ensures our farms run efficiently by coordinating planting, harvesting, and farmworker supervision. As a trained sign language interpreter, he also bridges communication with our hearing-impaired team members, promoting inclusion on and off the field.
Selzing Lar – Programs Director
Selzing designs and coordinates our training programs, outreach activities, and partnerships.
With a strong background in development work, she leads initiatives that build farmers’ capacity
and increase access to climate-smart techniques.

Lily is a seasoned business coach and a mentor with the Tony Elumelu Foundation (TEF). She brings invaluable insights in entrepreneurship, leadership, and organizational management. Her guidance helps sharpen our business strategies and operational systems.
A highly respected agronomist and certified trainer with HortiNigeria, Mr. Pokyes advises Fovic Empire on sustainable farming practices, agribusiness growth, and market expansion. His mentorship supports our efforts to scale and deepen our agricultural impact.
Dr. Maiwada is the founder of Eljays Integrated Services and a recognized expert in program design, training development, and community empowerment. He provides strategic direction for our farmer training programs and inclusive development efforts.
